Fall Drive to Gunnison Colorado 2009

Tonight we witnessed a fire in the sky, it was on Monarch Pass at sunset around 11,000 feet. It was glorious! We have SO many great shots from today that we will be sure to post but wanted to get this posted quick.

Labor Day 2009

Labor Day weekend we were invited to two bbq's and then grilled out ourselves for a total of three great meals in one weekend! We also went to see the colorado springs classic balloon glow on Saturday and for the actually day of Labor Day we worked.

Camping in Estes Park

Sorry once again. We are a few months behind on posting stuff. We went camping in Estes Park this July and had a good time!
check out the shot of natalie when she realizes she has a cricket on her green croc. they are so funny. We also had a bear in our camp site the last night we were there but didn't want to take a chance on getting a picture and spooking it and then getting mauled.

this was SO hilarious!






we did a day hike up to the top of Deer Mountain in RMNP


we saw grande views and counted 25 different kinds of wild flowers with our flower guide book.


we had a quick snack at the top and then had to zip down the mountain before the lighting storm came in.
