MOAB or BUST!

So this has been a long time waiting to get these many many pictures posted so you can take a look at what we saw on our trip to Moab Utah!  So last year our big family trip was to go see the Great Sand Dunes National Park, this year we thought we would want to see a new place and try out Aches National Park in Utah!  We were told the slowest time of year for visitors is in June and July due to the days hovering over 100 degrees!  We went the weekend after Labor Day and figured it would be a "cooler time of year" being in September and all.....NOPE it was in the high 80's and 90's and Arches was all out of campsites so we stayed along the Colorado River at a recreation area which turned out great!

We made a stop to see our friend Heather Thomas in Grand Junction Colorado and had dinner with her at the Pita Pit and then onwards to Arches!  The bugs got so bad when we hit sundown we could hardly see out the windshield, I guess it didn't help that we ran out of window washer fluid!  Any ways lots of fun this year in Arches NP.  Enjoy the many pictures!
